Mine Hoist

This series hoisting machine is mainly used on the ground in coal mine, metal mine and nonmetal mine, for hoisting and lowering materials and staff. This series winch using wire-wound type motor, it’s a non-explosion-proof type winch. Don’t use it underground, in explosive gases or coal dust.It’s national stereotypes product, the main arbor uses integral and part type reels, the reels are forced uniformly and its strength is large; the discoidal brake is advanced rare cylinder type, the action is nimble not stain brake disc, it’s safe and reliable. It has the second brake of hydraulic pressure time delay, which can automatically cancelled at the pithead. There is a radial gear block type hydraulic pressure rope adjusting clutch in double cylinder hoist; the driving part can be to disposed of involute gear reducer, planetary reducer, and parallel axis arc gear reducer. The supporting electronically controlled can use: TKD-A electronically controlled, PLC electronically controlled and frequency conversion retarded electronically controlled, choosing by customs. It has kinds of individual protection and chain protection conform to “ Safety Rules for Coal Mine”.
